Day 1: Arrive in San Francisco
On arrival in San Francisco, exit after immigration and customs, transfer to your hotel, and check-in (check-in after 1400 hours). In the evening, take an orientation tour of Silicon Valley situated in the southern part of the San Francisco Bay area which serves as the global center for innovative technology companies. Overnight in San Francisco.
Day 2: San Francisco • City Tour • Alcatraz
Today we will take a guided city tour of San Francisco in which we see the famous Golden Gate Bridge - the world’s longest single-span suspension bridge and a symbol of the city. Next, we visit the Twin Peaks, which offer a spectacular view of downtown San Francisco. We also take a closer look at Telegraph Hill, Ghirardelli Square, Coit Tower, Little Italy, and Fisherman’s Wharf. In the evening, we can take a ride in the cable car or the Alcatraz Cruise. Overnight in San Francisco.
Day 3: San Francisco
Today, we will visit the California Academy of Science. It is a research institute and a natural history museum in San Francisco, California, that is among the largest museums of natural history in the world, housing over 46 million specimens. The evening is free for leisure. Overnight in San Francisco.
Day 4: San Francisco • Yosemite National Park
Today, we will visit Yosemite National Park for a day trip from San Francisco. It is a UNESCO world heritage site and we can enjoy the scenic drive through the Sierra Nevada mountain range and see Yosemite Falls. Return and overnight in San Francisco.
Day 5: San Francisco • Muir Woods National Monument
Today, we will visit Muir Woods while crossing the Golden gate bridge. The Muir woods is known for the giant redwood sequoia trees. Later visit Sausalito which is California’s prettiest town and spend time shopping and leisure. Overnight at San Francisco.
Day 6: San Francisco • Monterey and Cannery
Today, we will visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery for a day trip from San Francisco. Drive through the scenic Coastal 17-Mile road and visit Monterey Bay Aquarium and stop at Carmel by the sea which is a beach city on California’s Monterey Peninsula. Overnight in San Francisco.
Day 7: San Francisco • Homeward Bound
Check-out from the hotel and transfer to the Airport. Flyback home with happy memories.
