Day 01 -  Vancouver 

Arrive at Vancouver International Airport, pick up the vehicle from the car rental agency and proceed to the hotel. In the evening explore Vancouver downtown. Stroll on Robson street with lots of shopping options for branded items, visit Gas Town the oldest alley in Vancouver and best known for its antique collection and old colonial buildings, Canada Place, and much more. As you are at Canada place, you can opt to experience a 4D show- Flyover Canada. Overnight in Vancouver hotel.

Day 02 – Vancouver- Victoria 115 Kms

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. Here you a 90 Minute Ferry Ride on BC Ferries to Swartz Bay, which is one of the ferry terminals on the Vancouver Islands.  Disembark and drive to Butchart Gardens, one of Victoria’s most visited sites and rated amongst the most beautiful gardens in the world. Later proceed to Victoria’s Inner Harbour, maritime heritage, and colonial charm. Overnight in Victoria hotel.

Day 03 – Victoria    

After breakfast, spend this day leisurely in this capital town of British Columbia. You can opt for a whale-watching Adventure Tour. Starting from Victoria marine bay right downtown, venture into the vast Pacific Ocean to see the marine wildlife, The Orca whales, Killer whales, Dolphins, and much more. On your return to the mainland, you can explore Victoria, named after Queen Victoria, the city is one of the oldest in the Pacific Northwest, with British settlement beginning in 1843. The city has retained a large number of its historic buildings, in particular its two most famous landmarks, the Parliament Buildings (finished in 1897 and home of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia) and the Empress hotel (opened in 1908). 

Day 04 – Victoria to Salt Spring Island      53 Kms 

After breakfast, check out and proceed back to Swartz Bay, to embark on BC ferries which will take you to Salt Islands. It takes 35 minutes to Fulford Harbour on Salt Springs Island by Ferry. Salt Spring Island is the largest, most populous, and the most frequently visited of the Southern Gulf Islands.  It takes about 45 minutes to drive from one end of Salt Spring Island to the other. The hilly roads are mostly paved. Stop into their farm shop and taste the various goat cheeses. Chutneys and crackers are available to purchase in addition to the incredible cheese. Kayaking is another way to enhance your experience on the waters of Salt Spring Island. Overnight in Salt Springs Islands. 

Day 05- Salt Spring Island to Nanaimo -   67 Kms 

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and diver to Vesuvius Ferry terminal to take the ferry to Crofton Ferry terminal on Vancouver Island. Then either take a scenic drive on Canada Highway 1A to Nanaimo, wherein you drive close to the pacific inlet. OR take Canadian National Highway 1 to reach Nanaimo.  It has a forested mountain backdrop just outside downtown. Famous for its varied landscapes and more than two dozen parks, the city of Nanaimo boasts one of the prettiest and the longest waterfronts in Canada. Nanaimo treasures some Historic Buildings and a 72-million-year-old palm tree fossil – the biggest fossil leaf ever found in Canada. No visit to the Nanaimo Waterfront would be complete without the Nanaimo Bar, a regional specialty that is a form of chocolate fridge cake. Overnight in Nanaimo Hotel. 

Day 06 – Nanaimo- Vancouver    80 Kms

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and proceed to Vancouver mainland. Arrive at Nanaimo Ferry terminal by taking national highway 1 and take 2 hours ferry to Horseshoe Bay. After disembarking, proceed to Grouse Mountain. Once you reach the top of the mountain by gondola, you can explore activities like Bird show, Lumberjack Show, Eye of the wind, Theatre in the sky, and so on. You can have a bird's eye view of Vancouver downtown as you sip a cup of coffee in the mountain cafe there. Next, visit Capilano Suspension Bridge. Along with the cable suspension bridge, there are other attractions like cliff walks and treetop adventures, which will keep your adrenaline rush high. Proceed to Stanley Park, a green lung of Vancouver metropolis, spread over approximately 1000 acres with some trees more than 100 years old. You can opt for a horse carriage ride to experience the old golden days with a commentary. Watch Vancouver city skyline from the parking lot. Overnight in Vancouver hotel.

Day 07 - Vancouver - Fly back to hometown

You can either drop the vehicle on the previous night at the point designated by the car hire company or you can do it today & get ready to fly back home with loads of memories.
